Thursday This week I have averaging only 5-6 hours sleep per night which I believe is catching up on me. I had originally intended to rise early and get an hours swim in this morning before coaching a client over breakfast. However a combination of extra work last night and being very tired this morning I left both to this evening which is a dangerous strategy. I did manage the swim which is an effort in such a small pool, I then headed out into the humidity for the intended 75 minute run, once again up the steep slope to Bowen Road where there where quite a few other runners. A combination of me getting slightly lost and wishing to explore a little resulted in me going for 90 minutes. Feeling tired and probably de-hydrated.
