I biked to work this morning which was a great opportunity to get an extra session in without taking time out of the day. 1:13 mins,22.5 miles, then at lunchtime another 45 minute run. Feeling pretty tired and have to be cautious about overdoing it this week. Running miles are down but bike hours up. Need to redress the balance this weekend. This evening a visit to Janis for a massage finished the day nicely.
I am disappointed that your training partners didn't get a shout out! Intervals next week...
