Felling pretty tired today and so tempted to take a recovery day but by the end of the working day I was keen to immerse my self in the pool. The intended 20 mins turned into an hour. The swim was a combination of crawl with kicking followed by a length of breaststroke. Feeling fresh I then headed out for another turn around the lake with Jennifer. Easy pace, the run felt good. Once again I find myself wondering if I am doing enough?
