As I reflect back on last week I am dissapointed that I am a few hours down on the target. However, I was missing 2 hours from the swim and 45 mins short of a biking, which to be honest I am not that concerned about. My swim times are very consistent and I dont believe that I will be shaving any time off them before 1st August. This of course may prove to be a mistake (as I stagger out of the water in Bolton unable to make it onto the bike). My principle concern is getting in the long bikes and runs.
