I guess it was inevitable that at some stage I would begin to ask myself why carry on...After the weekends Olympic and the previous half iron I feel that I have achieved a great deal over the past 12 months. More physical activity than I would have ever imagined. 3 half marathons, a half iron, a couple of sprint triathlons, an Olympic and a 10k, plus all of the training. The thought of maintaining this level of activity for the next 7 weeks is daunting. I could feel satisfied with what I have achieved and continue the summer finding some more Olympics and sprints. Hmm food for thought
