I can’t believe that I have completed the first 10 weeks of the programme and there is still 20 weeks to go. Although I was exercising before the start of the programme, I didn’t train with the same intensity or consistency and today I am absolutely exhausted. I am wondering if one nights sleep will be enough to recover in order to complete the run and swim scheduled for tomorrow.
As I look through the schedule for the coming weeks, the volume and intensity increases and the sheer relentlessness of it seems like a massive challenge. All I can do is take one day at a time.
