Is it normal?

An extended brick session today, 45 mins on the bike (a quite reasonable one in the gym, good saddle) then 30 mins of the treadmill. Not a bad session, but it did seem like hard work. The thought that I pondered on the bike, as a sat overlooking the most uninspiring view of Paris was:


“Does it feel like hard work because I am always training at a point where I am likely to be tired by design, or am I simply getting worse, not fuelling properly etc etc?”

Maybe I should ask around a few chums who are in the know!
