Recovery day today and I celebrated with a visit to the sports masseur. It wasn’t too painful at all, a few nasty knots and tight IT bands but after a little attention they soon loosened off. Overall I am very pleased with last weeks training. It started quite poorly with me feeling very tired, but then things turned around and by Thursday I felt good and the weekend was great. This week is a recovery week so the total hours drops to 11 from 12 last week. My confidence has lifted and I am feeling that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. One day at a time, but it is good to have several good day a row. All in all I feel very alive.
