Today I swam early and managed another good session, 120 lengths, 10 with then 10 without the swim buoy, broken into two sets of 60. I fell very pleased with the distances that I am achieving considering that I only really learned how to swim crawl properly 12 months ago. Out of the three disciplines the swim is the one that I feel most confident about.
This evening should have been a run, but instead I biked on the rollers for an hour. I was a pretty businesslike session. I managed to maintain 20mph for most of the time whilst keeping my heart rate within the target range. Nothing to report except that it felt a fairly easy session.
