Out at 10pm again for another out and back run in Kyoto, one hour in total. It is interesting leaving the more commercial parts of cities and radiating outwards towards the suburbs and all of the weird and wonderful sights that entails. The run was fine with no major issues. I have noticed that when setting off my heart rate shoots up to 162-4 for the first 5-7 minutes or so and then settling down to between 133 and 138. I really need to investigate this further, I believe it may have something to do with initially working from the anaerobic fuel system before my body switches to aerobic
