It was great to get out and run today, we had a great day in Tokyo looking at sights. Our hotel isn't too far from the river and so this evening I took an hour out to run. A moderate pace keeping my heart rate in check. It was interesting to see the evening routines of the various cities that I have visited. The homeless creating their shelters, couples out walking and in Tokyo large groups of people having full monty picnics on any piece of grass they can find.
