Tidy

Up early for a swift 30 mins high cadence spin on the bike followed by a 75 minute run. Damp but not unpleasant this morning, the usual suspects out running and I was very disciplined with my heart rate keeping to less that 138 with the exception of a 5 minute interval at 152. Nice to get the session completed early. Plenty of recovery time before the weeks schedule starts again.
