After a great day in the sunshine I was feeling better. The skye was blue and following a morning in the mountains (with a view of Fuji in the distance) we headed for Kyoto. After settling in and some food I headed out at 10 for a run, really dull. Out for half an hour along a very boring road then back along the same road to make up the hour. Although it felt like a duty not a run I was pleased that my moderate wheeze was not impeding my running, perhaps it is just Japanese "hai" fever!!
